Statistical Office in Zielona Góra belongs to public statistic services subordinated to the Central Statistical Office and acting on the base of:

• law dated 29th June 1995 on public statistics (Journal of Laws in 2012, item 591 with later amendments),
• instruction No. 11 of the President of the CSO dated 21st August 2012 on detailed scale of duties and organization of SO in Wroclaw (CSO Office Journal item 38),
• law dated 21st November 2008 on civil service (Journal of Laws No. 227, item 1505),

Information centre    

Information centre and library are located on the premises in Zielona Góra (room 106) and branches in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Duties:

• dissemination by telephone, correspondence and personally: •statistical data from publications of CSO and SO official statements of CSO and SO
• informing about new publications of CSO and SO, publications accessible in Office`s Library, publications accessible on sale
• receiving orders for unpublished statistical data from SO data bases, realization of statistical description on the base of information published by CSO

REGON service    

Issues related to the official national register of economic entities are carried in the Company headquarters in Zielona Góra Office (room 106) and in the branches: in Gorzów Wielkopolski. < More >>>

Information on entities registered in the province. Lower Silesia, contained in the Company register may be made ​​available to all interested parties upon written request. Support people    
with disabilities    

Office building units and buildings are designed to support disabled people in wheelchairs.

Since April 2012, there is also the possibility to use the assistance of a sign language interpreter.  < More >>>

Complaints and suggestions    

Complaints and requests the Department at the headquarters of the Organization every day from 7.⁰⁰ to 15.⁰⁰.

The Office branches receive complaints and requests Branch Managers:
1) Mondays to Friday from 7.⁰⁰ to 15.⁰⁰

Director of the complaints and requests the Office of on Thursdays between the hours of 12.00 to 13.00.
